I am unable to get gameface to work properly in stage four of the process. I spoke with multiple EA representatives and they asked me to post here. I looked at previous threads as well. This issue was brought to light back in December of 2015 and has not yet been addressed. I am looking for help EA from an developer.

Please help I am having a freezing problem.
Every time I play an online game of FIFA on Xbox 360, my console freezes. My connection is fine and I tried an online game of FIFA 15 and it worked just fine. I tried to start a game 6 or 7 times and it freezes as soon as I see my opponent's squad in FUT or when I am in the Arena for seasons. I tried cleaning the disc, messed with online settings, and reset my system's cache. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Fix the auto switch
Air balls only auto switch should be fixed. So its air balls but also switches when you can get the ball. The cpu knows in any given situation if your player can take the ball. But when i play with air balls i always loose the battles where the ball is loose because i play air balls and the noob im up against plays with auto.
Pressing L1 dont help much either cause in all the important high pressure situations it wont register

EA's Bad PC Support: Poor Graphic Setting

EA: why not reward good play for once?
Hi there,
I’m a Fifa addict (sad but true) who has some major issues with this year’s game. What I find most annoying is the following: You spend a fair bit of time planning your moves, thinking ahead and getting your players into position. Then the attacking move works a treat; you are (because of all the careful planning and the right execution) right in front of goal, the ball’s GOT to go in....but it never does; the goalie either develops superhuman abilities or players like Lewandowski miss the goal completely (I mean, come on!). Then, your opponent, without any planning whatsoever, shoots from far out and scores. EA, why not reward well planned attacks for once? Why all these random goals (usually scored by Real Madrid)? It's frustrating!! Don’t you think skill ought to count even a little??

Will they fix the passing in Fifa 2017
I hate this handicapped passing system that Fifa now has, it wouldn't be so bad if it had a handicap meter so you know how bad your players will be.
It kind of makes the game not worth playing online, because even if I win, I'm thinking that my opponent probably suffered with the handicapped passing.
Most of my mates bought 2016 but no one plays it now.

I've noticed something since I returned home from school...
Lately when I play, ESPECIALLY, on career mode I notice my game does a little glitch/freeze then it sudden begins to play very strangely. This "glitch/freeze" is similar to a lag spike during online play, just so I make myself clear. After this visible glitch my players begin to play VERY weird!
-Some of my players do a Super-slo-mo jogging animation if I run right at them with the ball.
Example: If my winger comes short to receive the ball and turns and runs toward the wing, If I corner my fulback between an opposition player, the sideline, and myself (ball), he does this weird slow jog and doesn't overlap or fall back... Just jogs in place.. It's like my sprint speed slider is on 0..
-My players become very slow off the ball. Their acceleration feels like its halved.. Instead of quick turns and stop and go's, my players run like they have 25 pound ankle weights on?!?!
-Player switching gets even worse than normal! The switching has always been bad.. inaccurate at best. But after this glitchy thing it takes like 3 or 4 right stick flicks just to land on the person I want... By then you can imagine I'm already out of position with the player I wanted to use.
-weird mishaps.
This is the only way I can describe it... For example if a dangerous ball is played in my box, if I try to clear it on the half volley, my player will instead slide tackle the live ball. I've been playing Fifa as long as I can remember so I'm pretty sure I know how to time a volley clearance..
Or, if I slide tackle a player head on, especially with my lankier/taller defenders, instead of sliding through and tackling the ball/player, my defender will just sort of wrap around the man and ball and the player will run by with possession as if my 6'4 defender didn't just attempt a crunching tackle..
-(Career) Computer takes perfect touches even when First Touch error slider is very high.
On my career I play with a 90 FT error, and I notice that after the glitch the CPU begins to ping the ball around the field, taking fantastic touches around pressure. This would be cool with me, but I have an Ajax career mode and I'm often playing against weaker Dutch competition. It's strange to me how the CPU's 65 rated defensive-midfielders can take perfect touches and play tiki taka when my high 70s wingers can't even control a ball played to feet.
-Miscommunications
This is how we would describe it if it were real soccer being played in a backyard. My players running into each other and taking each other out of position. My defenders slide when I want them to clear. Some players take a shot on goal when I want them to step into a tackle. My keeper goes from 50% idiot to 85% idiot.. The offsides trap doesn't activate, my fullback will be running with a winger 15m+ behind the rest of his back line. Just foolish things that wouldn't happen in real life.
This glitch happens at various minutes in the game, and it occurs in the majority of games I play in. I always know its coming because I can recognize the freeze, followed by a distinct change in the games performance. My disc has a few minor scratches on it. My Ps4 is a few years old but it seems to run fine. Does anyone experience anything like this?

Extra Seasons match (catalogue) not redeeming
Hi, I just redeemed 3 extra seasons matches and 1 seasons tie item from the EA catalogue. It said that I had successfully bought the items and that they would be automatic but I don't have them.
I restarted FIFA twice but it didn't do anything. I contacted EA live support and they gave me back my catalogue coins but the items have disappeared as "I have already used them".
Is there anybody that can help about this?

Fifa 17 Wishlist *Feel free to add yours*
Here are some things I hope are included in Fifa 17, maybe with enough bumps, this'll get to the right people:
1. More dynamic stadiums: like Santiago Bernabeu playing the Madrid theme after scoring a goal, or the Barcelona theme playing after the game, or the annoucer shouting the players first name during a substitution and the crowd shouting the last name. Also louder crowds in bigger stadiums and close rival games (NCAA Football video games used to do it right)
2. Players exchanging kits after a close game.
3. Weekly updates changing the players hairstyles if they change it in real life.
4. Stop recycling celebration animations and update them, like Ronaldo no longer does the Right Here Right Now, he just does 3 hops and turns.
5. Replays are not exclusive to shots but can also be replayed if a nice dribble was made.
6. Fix the aerial battles.
7. Cut scenes to managers shouting at players.
8. More nutmegs.
9. A button to spin off of a defender when going straight into them without the ball (for a long pass or after a nutmeg, etc.)
10. Injured player walk offs and walk ons.
11. CHAMPIONS LEAGUE!!
12. More legends like Puyol, Ronaldo and Beckham.
13. More kits per team like the ones used the year before.
14. The player that you're facing to pass to has a slight glow (and an option to turn it off in the menus) This avoids the annoying situation when your pass goes to someone you're not meant to pass to.
15. User pre-set adjustable formations that can be changed on the fly during a game.

Please guys top fifa players someone should help a fellow bro I have lost over 500 games ,
Please I don't know what's happening the same passes I give my opponents do the same but theirs work mine doesn't. Players toy with my defence and mock me. It's now frustrating to me , I know it's a game but we all have emotions. I lose drastically, relegation everytime. Please if you are reading this help me with good tips or let's play online so that you can correct my flaws. Thanks.

I played World cup and Confed cup in career.
And I found that World Cup matches are held in Generic stadium and Confed cup matches are held in Stadium of home team.
Everybody know International Competition is held in host country.
I think Host Country should be embodied in career.

This is my suggestion. It's really simple.
- Host country is selected randomly. But Only Contry that has thier league in FIFA Game can be host.
- Stadiums of host country league teams are only used in competition.

- scoreboards inside the stadiums are generic and look not like the real ones.
- led adboards should be added, when they are in real life.
- Mid-tier led boards have to be added.
- More individual decoration around the stadium
- bring back the tunnel view before the game at half time or even after the game
- stadium exterieur is good but its unrealistic its shown that often. In reality you see the stadiums from a heli cam only before big and important games.
- Surroundings of the stadiums are mostly 2d wich is poor on todays hardware.
- 3d instead of 2d stairs in the stadiums
- Lightning and shadows in the most stadiums have to be redone since the sun seems to have a wrong position.
- A lot of stadia still look grey and lifeless (upper tiers of the Nou Camp, Wembley etc)
- more stadium screen content (lineup or score and scorer in screen).
- The seats in most likely every stadium are mounted not in straight lines. The arrangement of the seats is terrible. You can see in only when the stadiums are empty though.
- Jimmy Jib Camera Cranes have to be updated or removed as they dont appear in real life stadiums very often and in the game they look really poor.
- Most of the teams have individual corner flags and not only the generic yellow ones like fifa. More sense for details would improve the game a lot.
- I would recommend the team of developers would have a go and try nba 2k to see how little details bring live into a videogame. A grey and lifeless game doesnt transport the athmosphere wich is a big point in football.
- Stadiums look small/ sense of depth totally missing.

UPDATES NEEDED:

in general
- scoreboards inside the stadiums are generic and look not like the real ones.
- led adboards should be added, when they are in real life.
- Mid-tier led boards have to be added.
- More individual decoration around the stadium
- bring back the tunnel view before the game at half time or even after the game
- stadium exterieur is good but its unrealistic its shown that often. In reality you see the stadiums from a heli cam only before big and important games.
- Surroundings of the stadiums are mostly 2d wich is poor on todays hardware.
- 3d instead of 2d stairs in the stadiums
- Lightning and shadows in the most stadiums have to be redone since the sun seems to have a wrong position.
- A lot of stadia still look grey and lifeless (upper tiers of the Nou Camp, Wembley etc)
- more stadium screen content (lineup or score and scorer in screen).
- The seats in most likely every stadium are mounted not in straight lines. The arrangement of the seats is terrible. You can see in only when the stadiums are empty though.
- Jimmy Jib Camera Cranes have to be updated or removed as they dont appear in real life stadiums very often and in the game they look really poor.
- Most of the teams have individual corner flags and not only the generic yellow ones like fifa. More sense for details would improve the game a lot.
- I would recommend the team of developers would have a go and try nba 2k to see how little details bring live into a videogame. A grey and lifeless game doesnt transport the athmosphere wich is a big point in football.
- Stadiums look small/ sense of depth totally missing.

Allianz Arena:
- Blue and black/red/yellow Stadium illumination needs to be added for 1860 München and Germany.
- The sides of the letters should not be illuminated and therefore be black as seen on the first picture.
- Additional to that the letters should be thinner.
- The space between the pitch and the stands is to big
- The pavement between the pitch and the stands should have a different colour. Its not red in reality.

- Players entrance route is wrong.

- The Gap between the stands and the pitch isnt correct
- The print for the 2014&2015 FA Cup Trophys have to be added
- players tunnel is to short in the game
- The South Stand at Old Trafford which had Old Trafford Manchester on it is now the "Sir Bobby Charlton Stand".
-The Adidas sign has to be added on the stadium seats.
- The seating alignments are wrong and wonky, thus the seating lettering "Manchester United" in the North Stand, and "Stretford End" in the West Stand look wrong.
- The seating lettering isn't outlined in black, like in real life.
- Scoreboard in the North / East Stand doesn't illuminate during night matches.
- The "i"in the manchester united lettering on the seats has the wrong format.
